Our Story

Founder
Rento was born from inside the problem. Braden is a property investor first. What he has experienced: everyone is plainly selling designs and renovation packages, but no one is able to explain the route to results from the view of a property investor. He then decided to build his dream team that finally answers — and ultimately solves — the problem in the market.
From the founder
By studying the local rental demand with our Rento Formula, we can easily understand the crowd behind the scene and tailormade the design based on the local demographic.
Every ringgit is sized to the rent it should return after handover. No over-spec'd kitchens for a studio. No cheap shortcuts on a unit that can command premium.
Our in-house marketing team prices, photographs, and lists the unit. The target rent is set before handover, and we own the outcome until tenants move in.
